I am a coach, licensed therapist, and longtime believer in the power of genuine connection.
Hi, I’m Kate.
My Belief
Connection shouldn’t cost you your authenticity, your energy, or your peace of mind.
You don’t need to become more extroverted. You don’t have to fix yourself first. And you don’t have to wait until life “calms down.”
What you need is a path that makes sense for you — one that honors your values, your nervous system, your personality, and your pace.
That’s the kind of path I help people create.
My Approach
Practical and creative. Grounded in research and intuition. Emotionally resonant and playful.
We start where you are and design a way forward that feels doable and aligned. My coaching style is rooted in curiosity, nervous system awareness, and real-world experiments.
Together, we’ll clear the stuck places and begin to build something more alive — friendships that feel mutual, social rhythms that feel good, and a sense of belonging in your life again.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating the conditions where you can thrive in relationship — without losing yourself.
Why I Do This Work
I’ve lived it.
There were seasons where connection felt out of reach — where I looked competent and my life seemed full, but I felt untethered inside. I kept busy, but I missed having people. Not just social plans, but true connection. Friendship. A place to land.
Rebuilding my social world wasn’t quick or linear, but it was transformative. And joyful. And worth every awkward beginning.
Now, I help others do the same.
If you’re ready for more connection, you don’t have to go it alone.
Whether you’re starting over, navigating a big life shift, or simply craving deeper relationships, there’s a way forward.
Let’s work together to get you unstuck and build the connections you’ve been craving.
Credentials & Context
I’m a licensed therapist (LCSW), trauma-informed coach, and group facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, major life transitions, grief, and growth.
In coaching, my focus is forward-facing: potential, possibility, action, and sustainable change. This work is about designing a social life that fits your current season — not fixing your past. (This is not therapy.)
I’m also a parent, a recovering overthinker, and a bit of a homebody — someone who’s learned (and relearned) how to build adult friendships that feel mutual, energizing, and real.
