I’m grateful to have this framework. I feel optimistic like this is actually attainable now.

I feel optimistic. I didn’t have most of this knowledge before, so I’m really grateful to have it now something I can keep chewing on and applying moving forward.

What People Are Saying…

I came away from each session with a clear plan and actionable steps I could actually follow through on.

Because of this group, I’ve started reaching out to friends I’d lost touch with.

FAQs

  • You’re not alone in feeling that way. Many people who crave connection also feel unsure if they “fit” anywhere. This group is designed to be a welcoming space for millennials who feel a bit stuck, disconnected, or out of practice socially — whether that’s due to a move, life change, or just... life. You don’t need to be in crisis or have it all figured out. If you’re craving real connection and want support taking small, meaningful steps toward friendship, you belong here.

  • If you’ve been thinking “something needs to change” in your social life, this may be the nudge you’ve been waiting for. You don’t need to feel totally ready or confident — just curious, open, and willing to try. The group is designed to be low-pressure and supportive, so even if you’re coming in feeling rusty or unsure, there’s room for you to grow at your own pace.

  • That’s totally okay — this group is designed with you in mind. You don’t need to be outgoing or “good at people” to be here. The space is gentle, supportive, and paced so you can engage in ways that feel manageable for you. You’ll be invited to participate and stretch yourself, but you’ll never be pressured or forced.

  • No — this is a coaching program, not therapy. It’s future-focused and action-oriented, with space for reflection, skill-building, and personal growth. If you're in therapy, this can be a beautiful complement to the work you're already doing. If you're not, that’s okay too — this program stands on its own.

  • You can expect a supportive, small-group space where you’ll reflect, share, and take small steps toward building real connection — at your own pace. Each week may include a mix of group coaching, connection in pods, personal reflection, group discussion, and more. You’ll be part of a small group of people who are also craving more authentic friendship, and you’ll be encouraged to show up exactly as you are — no need to be “fixed” or figure it all out first.

  • Let’s find out!

More seriously, you might — but the real goal is to help you start showing up differently, so friendship becomes more possible. In twelve weeks, you’ll build self-awareness, practice new ways of connecting, and gain the confidence to take real steps toward the friendships you want. Some people do make new connections in the group itself. For others, this becomes the launching pad for building meaningful relationships in their day-to-day lives.

Friendship takes time — but momentum can build quickly when you have the right support.

  • Life happens, and I totally understand things comes up. That said, I ask that if you choose to join, you're willing to commit to showing up consistently. This group is intentionally small, and your presence matters — not just for your own growth, but for the safety, trust, and cohesion of the group as a whole.

Each session builds on the last, and consistency is part of what helps the experience feel supportive and transformative. If you do need to miss a session, I ask that you let me know in advance. I’ll provide light reflections or prompts to help you stay connected between meetings — without pressure to “keep up.”
