\Ready to Jumpstart Your Social Life?

A 10-week group journey to give focused attention to your relational and social health - to overcome barriers to connection, grow your confidence, find your people, and feel more connected in your everyday life.

We all have stuff that can get in the way of the meaningful friendships and community that we need and want - internal challenges and external realities. Making and maintaining friendships in your 30s and 40s can feel near impossible. It doesn't mean we need them any less.

Friendship and community don’t just happen — but they can be built. The right support, structure, and encouragement, can ease the way, speed things up, and make the process so much more fun.

Join us, and leave with clarity, confidence, and new rhythms for building friendships that last.

  • This group helped me uncover things I didn’t even know were holding me back. Hearing from others was incredibly valuable, reminded me that I’m not alone, and sparked new ideas for my own journey. I left with a clearer plan, a fresh take on my Bumble BFF bio, and most importantly, a deeper understanding of what I want, what I bring to the table and how to move forward. Kate is a warm, validating, and approachable facilitator who makes everyone feel at ease. You’ll likely discover something about yourself you weren’t even aware of — and enjoy connecting with others while you do.

  • It’s helpful to be in community when thinking about how to expand my own community. Being a part of this group reminded me I’m not the only one who struggles with this, and that connection takes intention. I was able to reflect on friendship in a way I hadn’t before. Kate’s coaching style is warm, collaborative, and comfortable. She brings a kind of authenticity and care that helps make a struggle that can induce a lot of shame feel more approachable and normal. If you’re on the fence, I’ll say this: You’re worth the risk it takes to be vulnerable. That’s how you find your real tribe.

  • This group helped me realize I was trying to force friendships instead of letting them grow naturally. Now, I’m more focused on nurturing the connections I already have and showing up in ways that invite the kinds of friendships I want. The group dynamic was supportive and a great mix of people, perspectives, and practical insights. The feedback I received helped me see myself and my patterns more clearly. Kate strikes a great balance between offering educational content and creating space for emotional processing. She creates a space that’s warm, accepting, and supportive. If you’re thinking of signing up, go for it. You’ll learn a lot. Not just about connection, but about yourself, and you’ll feel less alone in the process.

Group FAQs

    • This is for you if…

      • You want more connection — close friends, community — but feel like you’re starting over.

      • You’re introverted, shy, or just more comfortable alone.

      • Career or family took priority, and friendships faded.

      • You’ve outgrown your old circle and don’t know how to find a new one.

      • You’re unsure how to move acquaintances into real friendship.

      • Past hurts make you cautious about trying again.

      • You’re new in town and don’t know where to begin.

      • You’re surrounded by people but still feel lonely or unseen.

      • Friendship just feels hard

  • No. Great groups are magic. You can expect:

🌈 Shared insights and fresh ideas

🌈 Support and encouragement to keep going when it’s hard

🌈 Collective energy, momentum, and inspiration

🌈 Space to reflect, recalibrate, and celebrate wins

🌈 Real-time feedback and authentic connection

🌈 The relief of realizing: “It’s not just me.”

  • Because real change takes sustained effort over time. This group is designed as a focused dive into your social life — a chance to do some honest excavation, realignment, and action-taking, all alongside others who value community and connection. Ten weeks gives enough time to build trust, experiment with new habits, and see real momentum. It’s a commitment, yes — but you’ll be surprised by how quickly it flies by.

  • You're in the right place. This coaching is perhaps especially for folks who feel like socializing doesn't come naturally, or who’ve spent years masking or second-guessing themselves in groups. You don’t need to be outgoing or “good at people” to be here.

The space is gentle, supportive, and paced so you can engage in ways that feel manageable. You’ll be invited to participate in ways that stretch you, but you’ll never be pressured or forced. We’ll work with your strengths and sensitivities—not against them.

  • Our weekly group sessions are 75 minutes.
You’ll also have reflection prompts or exercises between sessions, which usually take 20–45 minutes.

That’s it — about 1.5–2.5 hours per week of focused time to invest in building the connections and confidence you want.

  • Life happens, and I totally understand things come up. That said, I ask that if you choose to join, you're willing to commit to showing up consistently. This group is intentionally small, and your presence matters — not just for your own growth, but for the safety, trust, and cohesion of the group as a whole.

Each session builds on the last, and consistency is part of what helps the experience feel supportive and transformative. If you do need to miss a session, I ask that you let me know in advance. I’ll provide light reflections or prompts to help you stay connected between meetings — without pressure to “keep up.”

  • Let’s find out!

More seriously, you might — but the real goal is to help you start showing up differently, so friendship becomes more possible. In ten weeks, you’ll build self-awareness,  practice new ways of connecting, and gain the confidence to take real steps toward the friendships you want.

Some people do make new connections in the group itself. The real goal of the group, though, is for it to become the launching pad for building meaningful relationships in your day-to-day lives. Friendship takes time — but momentum can build quickly when you have the right support.

  • Yes! And I get it — groups can feel intimidating, and there are plenty of other reasons why individual coaching might make more sense for you right now.

I do offer 1:1 coaching for the right fit. It’s a more private, personalized option if you’d prefer tailored support, flexible pacing, and space to go deeper.

  • No — this is a coaching program, not therapy. It’s future-focused and action-oriented, with space for reflection, skill-building, and personal growth. If you’re in therapy, this can be a positive complement to the work you’re already doing. If you’re not, that’s okay too — this program stands on its own.
